Booking information and payment:
- Guests are welcome to check in between 2pm and 10pm.
- Late check-ins after 10pm can be made by prior arrangement and may be with the night porter.
- Only babies under 1 years, can be accommodated in our executive suites.
- A maximum of 2 children only can be accommodated in the family rooms – 4 persons MAX.
- Prepayment in full no later than 1 week prior to arrival date will secure your reservation.
- International travellers please note that all commissions/bank charges are for the guests account when paying via EFT from outside South Africa.
- We accept all major credit cards and do not charge a fee for this service.
- Proof of payment is to be forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All extra charges to be settled on departure.
- We regret pets are not allowed.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- All cancellations must be in writing to be valid and to confirm date of cancellation.
- Cancellations less than 3 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% total amount.
- Group bookings for 4 or more, cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total amount.
- For Holiday/Event periods, cancellations less than 7 working days prior to arrival forfeit 100% of total amount.
- All no shows will forfeit 100% of total booking amount.
- For refunds – there will be a 10% admin fee charged off the total booking amount.
- Should we be able to re-sell the room at any stage, no charge will be levied.
Please note that Francolin Lodge is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Should the no smoking policy of our establishment be ignored, penalties will be levied without consultation. For your convenience designated smoking areas have been established.
